Marianito Bautista is scheduled to go to trial in less than a month. The former Department of Administration employee faces multiple counts of criminal sexual conduct as well as theft and conspiracy charges for allegedly charging people to expedite their tax returns.

Guam - Marianito Bautista is scheduled to go to trial in less than a month. The former Department of Administration employee faces multiple counts of criminal sexual conduct as well as theft and conspiracy charges for allegedly charging people to expedite their tax returns.
The trial is scheduled to begin on July 26.
