Gutierrez/Aguon files gubernatorial candidacy

Flanked by their supporters and family, the Democrat team of Carl Gutierrez and Frank Aguon, Jr., made their way to the Guam Election Commission offices in Hagatna this afternoon, filing their candidacy for governor and lieutenant governor.
