DPHSS lauded for payment improvements
The Guam Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program has been recognized as having one of the nation's most improved payment accurancy rates.

By KUAM NewsGuam - The Guam Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program has been recognized as having one of the nation's most improved payment accurancy rates. Because of the improvements, the U.S. Department of Agriculture's Office of External and Intergovernmental Affairs awarded a monetary bonus to Guam's Department of Public Health.
USDA awarded $24 million to the states with the best and most improvement payment accuracy rates, with Guam receiving $173,000.
