Somerfleck: Rector not eligible for Seattle trip

Guam - The complaints just keep coming. Former Guam Federation of Teachers union steward Carol Somerfleck alleges union president Matt Rector isn't an eligible delegate to attend the upcoming American Federation of Teachers convention in Seattle, Washington. Somerfleck has written both the GFT and American Federation of Teachers about her concerns.

Somerfleck is demanding that Rector not attend the convention or vote on behalf of GFT members, saying it concerns her that rector would attempt to, "Deceive the aft by attending and voting at the convention when he knows all too well that he is not authorized".
