Guam - CHB President Cynthia De Castro is still waiting to find out when she will go to trial for allegedly trying to bribe a Department of Public Works employee.  De Castro has already pleaded not guilty to charges of giving a bribe and two counts of giving a bribe to a building inspector, namely Timothy Gonzaga.

CHB and De Castro made headlines last year after failing to complete a federally-funded project putting millions of dollars in jeopardy.  De Castro is scheduled to appear back in the Superior Court on July 6 for another criminal trial setting.
