Power out in Wusstig Road, Ypaopao Estates
The Guam Power Authority is reporting a power outage in the northern part of the island today. GPA Spokesperson Art Perez says the outages occurred following two reports of lightening to ground strikes. Areas affected include residents living along Wusstig Road and the Ypaopao Estates area.

Guam - The Guam Power Authority is reporting a power outage in the northern part of the island today. GPA Spokesperson Art Perez says the outages occurred following two reports of lightening to ground strikes. Areas affected include residents living along Wusstig Road and the Ypaopao Estates area.
Perez says line crews are currently assessing the outages, and it remains unknown what time power will be restored. Perez also urges the community to report any other power problems to the GPA dispatch at 475-1472.
