Guam - The stalemate continues when it comes to final negotiations for the new lease of the interim JFK High School campus in Tiyan.  And evidently the hold-up continues to focus on Internet access.

KUAM News was told today that negotiations may soon continue between the Government of Guam, the Department of Education and Core Tech International to utilize the Tiyan property. According to DOE Legal Counsel Fred Nishihara, the agency still has to iron out details on specifications for online usage. He says the Governor's Legal Counsel Ray Haddock has told them that it may be better for DOE to include those specifications into their own budget rather than including in the contract.

There's been no word on when meetings will begin.
