5-year health strategy to be unveiled

Government of Guam consultants from the Matrix Design Group are planning to meet with lawmakers this evening, and according to Vice-President Celeste Werner they will be presenting and gathering input on the five-year Health and Social Services Strategic Plan for Guam.
