By KUAM NewsGuam - A confirmation hearing is scheduled for this week for Benny Pinaula to serve as the director at the Department of Youth Affairs. Pinaula previously worked as the director at the Guam Housing and Urban Renewal Authority. The hearing takes place this Tuesday beginning at 5:30pm at the Legislature's Public Hearing Room.
