By KUAM NewsGuam - Guam Animals In Need celebrated Adopt-A-Cat Month today at the Guam Premier Outlets in Tamuning. GAIN brought in several adorable kittens for families to adopt for only $25.
The non-profit organization encourages families to adopt cats and dogs at their facility in Yigo. It was established in 1989 for the prevention of cruelty to animals, provides education concerning animal welfare and implements and enforces laws pertaining to animals.
