Guam - A preliminary hearing is scheduled today for Rose Evangelista, Theodora Hernandez, Roy Cruz Senior and Roy Cruz Junior. The four were implicated in the death of 9-year-old Brandon Evangelista.  

The child was riding on the trunk of his mother's (Rose) car when he fell off and was then ran over by his godmother (Evangelista), who was following behind in another vehicle.  The Cruz's meanwhile are accused of giving conflicting statements to police officers. All four remain behind custody.
