GEPA's Tiyan offices hit by burglars

Police were at the Guam Environmental Protection Agency today after their Tiyan offices were burglarized.  According to agency spokesperson Gerry Cruz, he believes the break-in occurred last night and that the suspect or suspects broke in through a window.
