Guam - Guam Environmental Protection Agency Deputy Administrator Bradley Dunagan stepping up to the plate now that his boss has resigned, in the midst of scandal and calls for her resignation Lorilee Crisosotomo called it quits. 

Dunagan will remain in charge until a replacement is selected by the Guam EPA board.
