Guam - The Department of Education is still in negotiations with a potential firm that may act as a third-party fiduciary agent for the agency. According to DOE Supply and Procurement Administrator Brian Mafnas, the department has yet to hear from its federal counterparts on whether an official pick has been made.

For now, DOE has been given authorization to move forward with negotiations. There's no word on when an official award will be made for the third-party agent.
