Chief justice speaks at Rotary Club meeting

Guam - Similar to his State of the Judiciary Address, Supreme Court of Guam Chief Justice Robert Torres was the guest speaker at today's Rotary Club of Guam meeting.  He spoke on the topic of building our community as it relates to the military as well as the successes of the various programs at the court.

"Our family violence courts, drug treatment therapeutic courts, and how its made a difference in peoples lives and have changed them and what it means to these people," he said of his presentation.  The chief justice also spoke on the need for more public access to the courts.
