Unpaid utility accounts being disconnected

The Guam Power Authority and the Guam Waterworks Authority will be disconnecting electric utility and private streetlights islandwide for accounts 30 days or more past due. GPA reminds customers that accounts maybe without service for up to 24 hours due to the high volume of delinquent accounts to be disconnected.

Guam - The Guam Power Authority and the Guam Waterworks Authority will be disconnecting electric utility and private streetlights islandwide for accounts 30 days or more past due. GPA reminds customers that accounts maybe without service for up to 24 hours due to the high volume of delinquent accounts to be disconnected.

Accounts disconnected for five working days or more must reapply for service with all charges to be assessed.  Residents are urged to make payments immediately at GPA and GWA customer service locations to avoid disconnection.
