Public forum discusses road to Jinapsan

Guam - Plans are back on the table to construct an access road to Jinapsan.  Construction of such a thoroughfare has been discussed for several years now. Jinapsan is surrounded by military property, so it's not easily accessible. Public comments are being accepted on an environmental assessment that examines the potential environmental impacts of alternatives being considered for a proposed road.

A public meeting on the matter is scheduled for tomorrow starting at 6pm at the Barrigada Community Center. You can read the environmental assessment at GuamTransportationProgram.com.
