Guam - Senator Rory Respicio continues his push to have Guam Environmental Protection Agency Administrator Lorilee Crisostomo removed. As he did with Lieutenant Governor Mike Cruz, he sent a letter to Governor Felix Camacho listing off reasons why she should be replaced. Respicio says under her leadership or lack of it, the agency has become increasingly dysfunctional.
Crisostomo was cited by the USEPA for financial mismanagement. She's also come under scrutiny for the delays with the abandoned vehicle clean up project. Respicio added in his letter that it becomes quite obvious that according to Crisostomo that everyone is wrong except her.
