Guam - Budget hearings for the Department of Education will begin on Monday. Lawmakers are expected to get a break down of the agency's Fiscal Year 2011 budget.  Last week, DOE Deputy Superintendent of Finance and Administrative Services Taling Taitano said they're hoping to get a supplemental budget for the current fiscal year to pay vendors and cover operational costs.

Hearings begin at 8:30pm at the Guam Legislature in Hagatna.
