DPW issuing RFP for oil drums removal

The Department of Public Works is hoping to move forward with the cleanup efforts at the agency's Upper Tumon compound. DPW Director Andy Leon Guerrero says the General Services Agency is drafting a request for proposal for the removal of the oil drums that the federal court has ordered to be disposed.
