Guam - Former Department of Labor Alien Processing and Certification Administrator Linda San Nicolas is scheduled to be arraigned in the District Court tomorrow.  She was indicted last month on three counts of solicitation of a bribe by an agent of a program receiving federal funds.

The indictment alleges that San Nicolas, while working for DOL demanded bribes from the Bascon Corporation and the Tumon Corporation in exchange for influencing and awarding labor certifications of H-2b workers processed by the division she headed.
