Leaders on defense bill's $320M reduction

The disagreement over the Futenma Replacement Facility has now led to $320,000,000 chopped out of the defense bill that otherwise would have gone to the Marines relocation from Okinawa to Guam.  The Senate Armed Services Committee cut that part of the budget by 70% because nothing has been finalized.
