Minor quake wakes Memorial Day sleepers-in

The island was given an early wakeup call this Memorial Day morning after an earthquake hit our area. The U.S. Geological Survey reports the magnitude of the quake as hitting 5.2 on the Richter Scale about 40 miles to the east-southeast of Guam at 7:25am.

Guam - The island was given an early wakeup call this Memorial Day morning after an earthquake hit our area. The U.S. Geological Survey reports the magnitude of the quake as hitting 5.2 on the Richter Scale about 40 miles to the east-southeast of Guam at 7:25am.

There have been no reports of injuries of damages as of yet.
