Guam - The U.S. Department of Transportation and the Federal Highway Administration in cooperation with the Department of Public Works have prepared an environmental assessment to examine the potential impacts of alternatives being considered for a proposed road to Jinapsan Beach.  DPW is proposing to use federal funds for the local roadway project.

The proposed one-lane, 12' wide reinforced concrete road will provide two-way access from Government of Guam property to Andersen Air Force Base. The public meeting will be held on Wednesday, June 16 from 6-8pm at the Barrigada Community Center.
