Guam - Palau president Johnson Toribiong is on island not only to attend this weekend's University of Guam Commencement Ceremonies, but for negotiations over his republic's relationship with the United States. Every 15 years Palau's relationship is reviewed.
Toribiong is set to meet with Congresswoman Madeleine Bordallo and Eni Faleomavaega from Ameican Samoa to discuss an upcoming hearing on compact review for Palau.
