Toribiong discussing Palau/U.S. relations

Palau president Johnson Toribiong is on island not only to attend this weekend's University of Guam Commencement Ceremonies, but for negotiations over his republic's relationship with the United States.  Every 15 years Palau's relationship is reviewed.
