Cruz defers action on Crisostomo to GEPA

Acting Governor Mike Cruz says he will leave it up to the Guam EPA board to decide the fate of the agency's administrator, Lorilee Crisostomo.  Senator Rory Respicio sent a letter to Cruz earlier this week asking he immediately have her replaced.
