Veterans official cleans cemetery on his own

With Memorial Day around the corner, Guam Veterans Affairs Office administrator Fred Gofigan is tackling the job of sprucing up Veterans Cemetery with his own hands. Today Gofigan spent time waterblasting the concrete and says he is waiting on a contract to repaint the crypts.
