US cosmetology licenses now apply locally

Acting Governor Mike Cruz signed-off on two bills today. Bill 358, authored by Senator Tina Muna-Barnes (D), allows cosmetology and barbering licenses obtained in other parts of the United States to be recognized on Guam.

Guam - Acting Governor Mike Cruz signed-off on two bills today. Bill 358, authored by Senator Tina Muna-Barnes (D), allows cosmetology and barbering licenses obtained in other parts of the United States to be recognized on Guam.

The establishment of a Secure and Fair Enforcement for Mortgage Licensing Act required under Bill 351, authored by Senator Ben Pangelinan, was also signed into law.
