DOE making 3rd-party agent selection soon

There is progress to report on the hiring of a third-party fiduciary agent. Since Wednesday, the Department of Education has been receiving presentations from the companies that responded to the request for proposal. USDOE officials have been participating in the presentations via videoconferencing.
