Guam - Guam Environmental Protection Agency Administrator Lorilee Crisostomo will be in the hot seat today as she's scheduled to appear before senators during an oversight hearing this afternoon.  Senator Rory Respicio (D) called for the hearing after a federal report detailed alleged financial mismanagement at the agency.

Crisostomo, however, argues the report was inaccurate.

Respicio also intends to get details about the illegal dump fire that's been burning for more than a week in Yigo, as the EPA cited the private landowner but never pursued actions to have the dump removed.  He also wants to know more about complaints lodged against a company that allegedly dumped sewage in the Nimitz Hill area.
