Dededo crash victim IDd as Alexander Manipol

The victim from Wednesday's fatal head-on collision in Dededo has been identified as 44-year-old Alexander Manipol. The crash happened along Ysengsong Road just before eight o'clock Wednesday morning. According to Guam Police Department, he was not wearing a seatbelt.
