Gutierrez-Rios trial delayed indefinitely

Judge Pro-Tem Richard Benson granted a request to delay the trial of former Guam governor Carl Gutierrez and former Government of Guam Retirement Fund director John Rios indefinitely.  The judge honored the request, made by Attorney Mike Phillips, to stay proceedings until several of the pending actions are properly addressed.
