Guam - The Guam Head-Start Program is launching its registration for residents who want to enroll their children into their initiative. Head Start Director Cathy Schroeder told KUAM News, "We also ask for time when we can resister in the villages so families don't have to come to Asan or downtown to Hagatna to the Central Office to register for the program."
