Guam - The Harvest Christian Academy Eagles took advantage of an understaffed Southern High team yesterday afternoon from their home field. The Lady Dolphins started the game down a couple of players and paid for it early on as Mariah Hennegan found the back of the net barely getting the ball by the goal keeper, minutes into the match.
Southern would field a complete roster and hold the Eagles down late into the first half, when Cali Jones kicked in a deflected shot off the corner of the goal post to put Harvest up 2-0. The Eagles went on to score 2 more goals, one by Heather Thompson and the other by Felicia Alumbaugh to give Harvest the 4-1 win.
With the win Harvest will now play the Simon Sanchez Sharks tomorrow night at 6:30pm at the GFA Field in Harmon, winner will move on to this years championship game to face the winner between the Royals and Knights who play in the earlier game at 4:30pm.
