DepCor officer appealing termination

Department of Corrections Officer Abraham Santiago is preparing to take his adverse action to the Civil Service Commission.  Santiago is fighting the possibility of termination for speaking to the media while he was supposed to be at his post, watching the perimeter of the Mangilao facility.
