Merizo school lets out early due to no water

The water problems in the south continue to have a negative impact on schools holding normal bell schedules.  The Department of Education announced that Marcial Elementary School would be releasing its students at noontime today due to a lack of water.

Guam - The water problems in the south continue to have a negative impact on schools holding normal bell schedules.  The Department of Education announced that Marcial Elementary School would be releasing its students at noontime today due to a lack of water.

Yesterday, the Merizo and F.Q. Sanchez elementary schools were let out early because of similar water issues.
