Port board meeting features full agenda

Port Authority of Guam board of directors chairperson Monte Mesa says he is looking forward to hearing the many updates at the agency during this week's meeting. While the agenda includes a discussion on the Port's performance management contract and several paygrade reassignments, Mesa says he is looking forward to hearing the Port's plan to apply for a second round TIGER grant.
