Olympian Dara Torres does PSA with Guam AG

Attorney General Alicia Limtiaco has teamed with another Olympian as she speaks out against underage drinking.  In the latest national public service announcement, AG Limtiaco joins five-time U.S. Olympian Dara Torres in a spot teaching kids about the dangers of underaged drinking.
