Labor expert discussing construction wages

U.S. Department of Labor Wage & Hour Division Regional Administrator George Friday, Jr. is on island to talk about the importance of prevailing wage information under the Davis-Bacon Act.  That act established the requirement for paying prevailing wages on construction projects.
