Cruz approves legislation for utility funding
Acting Governor Mike Cruz signed several bills into law Monday, including legislation that would provide a financing mechanism for the Guam Waterworks Authority and the Guam Power Authority to get funding for improvements.

By KUAM NewsGuam - Acting Governor Mike Cruz signed several bills into law Monday, including legislation that would provide a financing mechanism for the Guam Waterworks Authority and the Guam Power Authority to get funding for improvements.
The acting governor also signed legislation that would double the penalties for people who throw cigarette buts out their car window when the fire danger rating is high.
