DOE plans to choose third-party agent soon

The Department of Education is hoping to award a contract to hire a third-party fiduciary agent sometime soon. A total of six proposals have been submitted to DOE.

Guam - The Department of Education is hoping to award a contract to hire a third-party fiduciary agent sometime soon. A total of six proposals have been submitted to DOE.

Superintendent Dr. Nerissa Bretania Underwood says videoconferences and presentations will be held with interested companies and the U.S. Department of Education this week from Wednesday through Friday at the University of Guam. A selection committee will recommend the company, with usdoe having the power to hire them.
