Guam - Senator Telo Taitague (R) introduced legislation that would appropriate $1.2 million to the Guam Fire Department. Bill 393 would allow GFD to purchase and install a new emergency 911 system. The measure states that the E-911 system shall be fully compliant with the Americans with Disabilities Act.

The system would also be accessible to users of wireline, wireless, and web-based services, including Voice over IP.
