Cruz: if Suba hadn't quit, he'd have been fired

After a closed-door meeting between Paul Suba and Acting Governor Mike Cruz, the announcement was made just before 5pm Monday that Suba will be leaving the force.  The acting governor also said that if Suba had not turned in his resignation, he would have fired him.
