Two named in indictment for Ice distribution

Guam - A federal indictment was also unsealed last week for Andres Sotelo and Sophia Vivas San Agustin. The two are charged with conspiracy to distribute methamphetamine hydrochloride, conspiracy to import and distribution. Sotelo and San Agustin are accused of conspiring with Gina Medina, Richard David, James Damaso and others to import more than 50 grams of the drug Ice.
The two pleaded not guilty in the U.S. District Court of Guam on Friday and were remanded to the custody of the U.S. Marshals Service.
Their trial is also set for July 13.
