Respicio spearheading oversight of EPA

Guam - Senator Rory Respicio will be conducting an oversight hearing this week to discuss the Guam Environmental Protection Agency's Fiscal Year 2009 End of the Year Program Review. Respicio has repeatedly called for GEPA Administrator Lorilee Crisostomo to step down from her position, as he feels the issues at the agency are only going to grow with the impending military buildup.

The hearing gets underway at 1pm on Friday.
