Grass fire sparks up near Harvest Academy

Guam - The Guam Fire Department responded to a grass fire around noon today behind Harvest Christian Academy in Toto. According to GFD's acting spokesperson, Captain Ed Flores, Engine 3 was at the scene and requested for an additional unit to help with the blaze.

Flores says the fairly large fire was contained and the area was secured at around 2:30pm this afternoon.

No injuries were reported, but the incident remains under investigation.
