Palacios to cautiously hold oversight on GPD

Chairman of the Committee on Public Safety, Senator Adolpho Palacios, responded quickly to a request by Senator Ray Tenorio today, saying he will hold an oversight hearing on the Guam Police Department, but cautions the Legislature of the delicate situation.
