Autopsy set for fetus found at water plant

An autopsy will be conducted today on a fetus that was found by Guam Waterworks Authority employees on Tuesday morning.  The Guam Police Department is investigating the circumstances involving a fetus found at the sewage treatment plant in Dededo.
