Guam - The federal government is proceeding with its efforts to go after more than a dozen pieces of property owned by Kehan Zhuo, Hua Sheng International and Steven Wang. The district court judge recently approved a stipulated motion for the sale of 13 lots that were mortgaged to NGK Motor Company by Wang, Kehan and others.

The federal government contends the properties were derived from or proceeds of alien smuggling, wire fraud, visa fraud and fraud in labor contracting. Wang and his company are accused of forcing foreign workers whose H2 visas had expired to continue working for him and falsifying time sheets.

According to court documents NGK will sell the property to a third-party or proceed with foreclosure and sell the lots.
