Guam - The last day for interested parties to turn in bid packets for the third-party fiduciary agent is Wednesday. According to Department of Education Deputy Superintendent of Finance & Administrative Services Taling Taitano, three packets have already been delivered to the agency's Central Office.

She says they're working on finalizing a presentation schedule with the University of Guam to hold videoconferences with the U.S. Department of Education, adding, "We're putting our evaluation team and we're putting together the questions. We're going to be making sure that the proposals are complete. We're hoping to have a selection in the news couple of weeks."

This time will make the determination as to which company is the most qualified, but USDOE has the final say.
